Do patients need to download an app or pay anything?
No. Patients book and watch the queue from a link in their browser. Tokn is paid for by the practice.
Does it replace our practice-management or booking software?
No. Tokn runs the front of the visit (bookings, the live queue and arrival nudges) alongside what you already use. Clinical records stay where they are.
What happens when the clinic runs late?
Reception flags the delay with one tap and every waiting patient’s countdown updates, so they leave home later instead of waiting at the counter.
How do walk-ins work?
Reception adds them in a couple of taps. They join the same queue using the walk-in priority rule you choose, and booked patients’ times adjust automatically.
How long does setup take?
Usually a day. On a founding pilot we load your services, hours and practitioners for you and build your booking page before you pay anything.
What if the internet drops at the front desk?
The receptionist console keeps working offline for check-ins and walk-ins, and syncs as soon as the connection returns.
Why is the price different in my country?
